White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Biscotti Recipe Ingredients 1 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour & 1 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Spelt Flour¼ cup butter plus two tablespoons¾ cup sugar2 large eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract¼ cup whole milk1 ½ teaspoon baking powder¼ teaspoon salt1 ⅓ cups macadamia nuts roughly chopped½ cup white chocolate chips plus more if using for drizzle Instructions Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla and milk.In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet mixture. Fold in macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.Press into two 12″x3″ rectangles on a parchment lined baking sheet.
